1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the services provided by Easy Peasy Insurance Solutions. By using our website, booking an appointment, or opting in to receive communications, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Easy Peasy Insurance Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") is a registered DBA (Doing Business As) of Easy Peasy Insurance LLC, a Florida limited liability company and licensed insurance agency located at 3435 SW 20th St, Apt 103, Ocala, FL 34474. All services, communications, and operations are provided by Easy Peasy Insurance LLC under the Easy Peasy Insurance Solutions brand.
3. Our services
We provide information about Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Medicare Part D prescription drug plans, and help consumers compare and enroll in the plans we offer. Consultations are free and you are never obligated to enroll.
- We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area.
- Plan availability, benefits, premiums, and networks are set by the insurance carriers and may change each year.
- Final eligibility and enrollment decisions are made by the insurance carrier and/or the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), not by us.
- Information on this website is general and educational. It is not legal, tax, financial, or medical advice.
4. SMS messaging terms
4.1 Program name and description
Easy Peasy Insurance Solutions Text Messages. If you opt in, you may receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and service follow-ups, and, if you separately consent, marketing messages about Medicare plan options, enrollment periods, and plan reviews from Easy Peasy Insurance Solutions (a DBA of Easy Peasy Insurance LLC).
4.2 How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box(es) on our booking form. The boxes are unchecked by default and are not required to book an appointment. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
4.3 Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
4.4 Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL. After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

4.6 Carrier liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; availability may vary.
4.7 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
4.8 Privacy
Mobile information and consent records (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors and service providers in support of our Services (such as CRM, calendar, messaging, or compliance providers) is permitted only for the purpose of delivering those Services to you.

5. Calls and emails
If you give consent, we may contact you by phone, including through automated technology, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and by email, about your inquiry and the Medicare plans we offer. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by telling your agent, replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us. Calls may be recorded for quality, training, and compliance purposes as required by CMS.
6. Your responsibilities

- Use only a phone number and email address that belong to you or that you are authorized to use
- Do not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation
7. Intellectual property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Peasy Insurance LLC and its owners, agents, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or Services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easy Peasy Insurance LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the website or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Florida.
