4. Text messaging (SMS) program
4.1 Program description
If you opt in, you may receive text messages from Easy Peasy Insurance Solutions (a DBA of Easy Peasy Insurance LLC). These may include transactional messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, and service follow-ups) and, only if you separately consent, marketing messages (Medicare plan information, enrollment period reminders, and educational content).

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box, you give express written consent to receive text messages. Consent is collected through unchecked, optional checkboxes. Consent is not a condition of purchase, enrollment, or any service.

4.7 Mobile information sharing
Mobile information and consent records (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will never be shared with any third parties.
